Terms of Service

1. The service

Yemego provides software tools for creating and operating online stores. Features available to you depend on your plan (including free trial, free, and paid tiers) and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Yemego to:

• Sell illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited goods or services
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Abuse, scrape, or disrupt the platform or other users
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Misrepresent your business identity or product claims

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (products, images, text, branding). You grant Yemego a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service (including storefront delivery and optional marketplace listing).

You confirm you have the rights needed to use and publish that content.

5. Marketplace

Marketplace listing is optional and may require approval. Yemego may reject, remove, or delist products that violate these Terms, marketplace guidelines, or applicable law. Purchases started from marketplace listings are completed on the seller’s storefront.

6. Plans, trials, and billing

New shops may receive a limited free trial of paid features. After trial expiry, access reverts according to your plan entitlements. Paid plans are billed as described in the dashboard. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Yemego.

Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions or suspension.

7. Store operations

You are solely responsible for your store’s products, pricing, fulfillment, customer service, taxes, and compliance with Bangladesh law and any other applicable regulations. Yemego is a software platform and is not a party to sales between you and your customers unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Yemego is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the platform, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Yemego at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, subject to any data export options we make available.
