How do I start a free trial?
Click Start free trial, create your account, and choose your shop subdomain. You’ll get access to Growth features for the trial period shown in your dashboard.
Where do I manage products and orders?
Log in to the merchant dashboard. From there you can add products, track orders, update store settings, and manage your subscription.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — custom domains are available on eligible plans. Connect your domain from dashboard settings and follow the DNS instructions.
How does marketplace listing work?
Submit products from your dashboard for marketplace review. Approved products appear on the Yemego marketplace and link buyers to your storefront to purchase.
How do I upgrade or renew my plan?
Open Subscription in the dashboard. Upgrade and renewal are handled through our support flow (WhatsApp) for manual billing.
